An Individual who is imaginative and for whom education is a never ending process of self-learning.   The individual should preferably have knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage, May 2008: ECM UK) including the principles and themes of the "Every Child Matters" initiative. At SIA, we plan for the six areas of learning, but children's independent play and exploration is also considered highly valuable. You should recognize and believe in the importance of this including active, peer learning.
